Driving on Campus

Parents, students, and visitors are required to adhere to the MPCS driving regulations on campus. Violators may be issued a citation.

• The speed limit on campus is 12 mph and is strictly enforced.

• Stop signs, pedestrian crossings, and reserved parking/fire lane areas must be observed.

• Do not move any barricades or traffic cones.

• Do not park in any designated family auction spots at any time throughout the week and weekend.

• Do not park in a marked handicap parking area without displaying proper tag or plate.

• Anyone driving on campus is required to have a valid driver’s license and valid proof of insurance coverage in their possession.

• Rules and regulations are enforced year-round, including weekends, holidays, breaks, and summer.

• Reckless driving on campus is not tolerated.

• Do not park on the grass, beds, or sidewalks.

• Vehicles on campus may be towed when posing a safety hazard, appearing to be abandoned overnight, or illegal parking.
