Facility/Campus Use

Individual Use - Use of any parts of the campus and facilities by individuals must have prior approval from appropriate school administration and be logged with security. This includes but is not limited to: fishing in Lake McDonald, personal use of any athletic facilities, use of playgrounds, and use of other interior spaces. We want our MPCS families to enjoy our beautiful campus and by working with an administrator and security we are better able to provide safety and protection of our students and families.

Events/Group Activities – Many areas of the school campus and facilities are available to reserve and/or rent for activities and events. All these events and activities – internal and external - must be coordinated through the MPCS Director of Events. When appropriate, a fee may accompany use of facilities. External rentals must be aligned with the school mission, fit into the school calendar/schedule of use of facilities, and be processed through the Director of Events.
